Cheech & KPCC—It’s a Pledge Drive Party!

On Tuesday, October 8th join Off-Ramp’s John Rabe as he hosts a pledge drive party in the Crawford Family Forum. The evening will feature a live broadcast/video stream of actor, director, comedian, author, and Chicano art collector Cheech Marin in conversation with KPCC (Southern California Public Radio) editor Oscar Garza about his newest book Chicanitas: Small Paintings from the Cheech Marin Collection {size doesn’t matter}. Then, ace pitchers John Rabe and KPCC environment reporter Molly Peterson take the stage for their on-air pitching duties for the first time ever in front of a live audience. The evening will be underscored by live music from Conjunto Los Pochos' core members Otoño Luján on the button-accordion and Elliott Baribeault on the bajo sexto.

Support KPCC and enjoy yourself while doing it!
