Tommy Chong to Undergo Surgery

According to Page Six, Tommy Chong, who has been receiving chemotherapy for rectal cancer, has to undergo surgery in six weeks to remove a tumor.  He hopes to return to touring with Cheech.

Tommy Chong visited his cancer doctor today.  He looks tired, but doesn't appear to have lost any weight.  He says they're removing the rust from his tailpipe.

However, I wouldn't take his cancer lightly.  Cheech and Chong cancelled many of their tour dates.
