Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong have partnered with the Marijuana Policy Project to champion pot legalization while provoking laughter. The comedy duo's 2010 tour, Cheech & Chong: Get It Legal, kicks off a 17-city itinerary January 16th in Boulder, Colorado
