Bush-appointed U.S. District Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan will finally leave her job on November 16. The U.S. District Attorney is SUPPOSED TO leave when a new President is elected. However, she initially refused to do so. She was a hard-core right winger who carried out Bush's anti-drug agenda.
This is the same Mary Beth Buchanan that wrongfully sent Tommy Chong to prison for nine months for conspiracy to send bongs in the mail.
This is the same Mary Beth Buchanan that raided Spectrum Labs and confiscated a/k/a Tommy Chong DVDs.
This is the same Mary Beth Buchanan that prosecuted the makers of the Whizzinator.
Mary Beth "loose cannon" (as Tommy Chong calls her) isn't saying what her future plans are.
