The 2007 NORML Conference will be held on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, CA. The 36th annual National NORML conference is proud to announce and highlight the High Times Magazine’s Stony Awards—where cannabis, cinema and culture are righteously celebrated—which will be the Saturday night NORML fundraising event at the conference this year.
