Richard Marin Settles Coffee Lawsuit

In September, we reported that Richard Cheech Marin was suing New Jersey coffee company, Cheech's Own, LLC.  The two parties are one signature away from settling.  Richard will sign off on it when he returns from traveling.

Our guess is the coffee company is going to pay him a license fee.  The lawsuit is just plain stupid because "cheech" is a common slang term that existed way before Richard Marin was born.  Plus, he never trademarked it.
