Tommy Chong has a good theory regarding the presidential race. He says Hillary hired Donald Trump to decimate the Republican party. Chong may be right. Trump donated a lot of money to Hillary's campaign and Trump has been a huge supporter of the Clintons.
He also thinks Chris Christie smokes weed...because he looks like he has the munchies.
