Tommy Chong is rumored to be starring as Mr Heart in a film titled, Saving Prosperity.

A mob family goes environmental to buy time and clean up their family secrets in a lake threatened to be drained. With the help of the media, FBI and a rival mob boss, this not so bright mob family takes over the city in an unusual fashion.
