Will Cheech Marin's Alleged Spousal Abuse Affect his Future Deals with Disney

TMZ reported yesterday that Cheech Marin's ex-wife, Patti Heid, has filed a restraining order against him after he screamed "f*ck you, bitch" because she wouldn't sign the property settlement documents.

In the docs, Heid claims Cheech "fractured my cheek, blackened my eye and violently choked me causing severe bruising on my neck and neck pain ... numbing of my arms and hands."

Heid also claims Cheech choked their son.

In the past, the Walt Disney Company has hired Richard Cheech Marin for a large number of animation voiceovers including Cars, Cars 2, Beverly Hills Chihuahua and more.  Disney has a strong morality clause in their contracts so it's unknown how this alleged abuse will affect current and future Disney projects and promotional appearances.  They like to be portrayed in a favorable light by families and children.  Disney also owns ABC-TV which Cheech has been on a lot (Off the Map, Lost, Grey's Anatomy).  It's also unknown if Richard Cheech Marin would have to forfeit payment received for the soon-to-be-released Cars 2.  It's also unknown if they put morality clauses in their voiceover contracts.
