Cheech and Chong Receive Award at MPP Gala

marc emery is not in jail, he has been out on bail for a long time, and he might not be going to jail at all. let's not hype the situation and cry wolf, ok?

I'm out on bail but I was in jail from Sept. 28 to Nov. 18, awaiting extradition. The Canadian Minister of Justice has to refuse or consent to the Extradition as its on his desk now.

I was lucky enough to meet Marc, his wife, Jodie, and his well informed staff several times while living in Vancouver. In our lives so few of us are fortunate to come across such gentle, yet brave men and women of conviction. And I say this as a former United States Marine. These people are no threat to anyone. They are not about greed,or material gain for themselves. Rather they are all about compassion, and empathy. They are non violent, and they strongly believe in the power of reason.

Thank you, Marc, for living by example, and for giving us real hope that our children may grow up in a better world.

Sincerely,

Tim Gray
