On DVD For The First Time. GROUP MADNESS: THE MAKING OF YELLOWBEARD

Filmed on location in England and Mexico, filmmakers Michael Mileham and Phillip Schuman teamed up to make this hour-long special documentary about the film Yellowbeard. An unbridled free hand was used to come up with a remarkably irreverent film. Known as the funniest behind-the-scenes film ever made, Group Madness, now is available on DVD. Filming took place in 1982. The filmmakers were granted complete access to the stars including Cheech, Chong, Marty Feldman and more. This was Marty Feldman's last film. Michael reflects on some on-set and off-set happenings, including insight on Marty Feldman's death. Likened to "Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" for the shear number of comics, this film is a comedy classic.

Trivia:
• The creators had an agreement with Orion that they would license the film to them for a one-time TV showing. That happened in 1983. It pre-empted Saturday Night Live.

DVD Features: Audio in English. Antidotes and inside information from Michael Mileham while he introduces various clips from the film. The DVD is Region Free!
