Outlaw Shows Face


Free Tommy outlaw Bobby Capps crashed the Sacramento Gaffers Film Festival to bring awareness to his fellow independent film directors. Among the supporters, were Bobby Capps, JP Nichols and Morrisa Morris of the Placer County Film Commisssion.
